It just needs to stay a step ahead of the two other downtown buffets, and it does just that - though Main Street Station's prices are almost 50% less. It's been around so long that its reputation is, perhaps, a little bigger than its reality it doesn't compete with the better Strip buffets, but it doesn't try to.
